Offering online workshops, parent coaching & pre-recordings via our family-centred practice, we are helping develop the needs of your neurodiverse child through the most advanced evidence-based strategies available.

Hi, I’m Lizzie!

Your resident Paediatric Occupational Therapist based in Longreach, outback Queensland and founder of Little Legs Occupational Therapy.

Little Legs Occupational Therapy has not always been an outback practice. It was founded in Geelong, Victoria - my hometown. However, with a love of country people, music and way of life, I found myself hopping, skipping and jumping all the way to Longreach - and I’ve never looked back.

As the only private paediatric Occupational Therapist focusing on sensory, social and emotional development amongst children with ASD, ADHD and Anxiety within central west Queensland, online learning can often be the only functional way of access for some families.  I am incredibly passionate about supporting parent capacity, sharing knowledge based on reliable research and facilitating interactive workshops, discussions, sharing lived experiences and creating opportunities for reflection and creating change. 

With more than 10 years of experience in Early Intervention Occupational Therapy, I am beyond excited to offer affordable, supported health solutions to rural, remote and regional Australian families.
